Acro Flow
6-week course

AcroFlow is a movement practice focused on coordination, strength, and presence.

The work blends controlled strength, balance, mobility, and flow. Movements are approached with precision rather than intensity, allowing the body to organise itself through repetition and attention.

This is not a drop in class.
It is a progressive practice.

The Practice

AcroFlow develops:

  • Fluid strength and control

  • Balance and spatial awareness

  • Coordination through continuous movement

  • Presence under physical load

Progress is built through consistency, not variety.

The Container

AcroFlow is offered as a six week practice block.

The structure allows the practice to unfold gradually and with intention. For this reason, passes and memberships do not apply.
