Ru Booyens is the Founder and CEO of LION & LAMB, and a lifelong creative whose work spans film, photography, and visual storytelling. Based in Cape Town, he leads all content for LION & LAMB while also collaborating with leading brands on photography, video, and filmmaking projects.
His body of work includes short films, commercial campaigns, and documentary style storytelling. One of his short films was published by Orms, and his work has also been featured by Virgin Active, Africa Is Now Magazine, and the Two Oceans Marathon, among others. He is particularly passionate about partnering with creative brands and crafting honest, visually striking stories through film and photography.

A selected collection of photographic works by Ru Booyens, produced on silver brushed steel.
These are not paper prints. Each work is printed directly onto brushed metal, giving the image a raw, reflective, industrial quality. The surface changes with the light, creating a piece that feels alive in the room.
Each work is produced in limited quantities and is suited to homes, studios, offices, hospitality spaces, and private collections.
