The space is calm, private, and intentionally designed for depth. It is well-suited to breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation, sound-led practice, guided journeys, and intimate group sessions.
The atmosphere is contained, grounded, and immersive. It supports facilitators who value safety, presence, and a calm environment.

Breathwork sessions are best suited to the top-floor practice space.
The top floor includes a premium sound setup with Yamaha sound, Bluetooth connection, amplifier and subwoofer supported depth. The space is ideal for music, voice, silence, guided journeys and immersive sensory work.
Lion & Lamb uses TIDAL for high-resolution music playback, supporting a premium sound experience throughout the space

This is best suited to facilitators who want a regular weekly session, recurring private practice slot, or consistent group offering.
Client payments are handled directly by the facilitator unless otherwise agreed
