About the event
First Thursday at Lion & Lamb
An evening of guided breath, live sound, and movement.
We begin seated with a short meditation and music, followed by guided breathwork that gradually builds energy and opens into movement. Feel free to stay still, move, or dance.
The evening closes with cacao, tea, and time to land.
No experience needed. Alcohol free.
